Create A Business Structure In Your Virtual Assistant Biz To Make Life Easier For You + Your Clients

Do you have a clean business structure in place? When you start your own business, it can be hard to set up a structure especially if you have always been an employee. Because as an employee, you are given structure by your employer.

As an employee, you are given structure by your employer. For things like:

  • What time to come to work.
  • What time to leave.
  • When to take lunch.
  • What you are working on.
  • When you get a review and a raise.
  • And so much more.

It is up to us as business owners to add structure to our own business. Now we don’t necessarily need to set specific work hours but it would be nice for clients to understand what hours and days you work. My Ultimate VA Success Guide: How To Start A VA Business can help you to get started at building your business structure.

Feel free to post below and let me know what business structure you have in place. I’d love to hear from you! All comments and questions are welcome.

Enjoy your day – Susan
