Do You Schedule Kick-Off Calls With New Clients?

Scheduling a Kick-Off call with a new client is a great way to “kick-off” the relationship.

It does several things:

  • Builds trust
  • Shows you are organized and professional
  • Allows you to discuss priorities, deadlines and communication preferences
  • Gives you the opportunity to review your Business Policies and set up weekly status calls.
