Scheduling a Kick Off call with a new client is a great way to “kick off” the relationship.
It does several things:
- Builds trust
- Shows you are organized & professional
- Allows you to discuss priorities, deadlines & communication preferences
- Gives you the opportunity to review your Business Policies and setup weekly status calls.
