Scheduling a Kick Off call with a new client is a great way to “kick off” the relationship.

It does several things:

  • Builds trust
  • Shows you are organized & professional
  • Allows you to discuss priorities, deadlines & communication preferences
  • Gives you the opportunity to review your Business Policies and setup weekly status calls.
