Do you have a Virtual Assistant Welcome Kit for new clients? If not, this episode will help you understand how having one can make a difference because it will show your clients that you run a professional Virtual Assistant business.
I think a Virtual Assistant Welcome Kit is a must and you should include it in your onboarding process. Because it shows your new client that you’re:
- Organized,
- Detailed,
- A professional.
The most common question I get about having a Virtual Assistant Welcome Kit is what to include. Feel free to use this as a guide in creating your own.
Recommended Documents For Your Virtual Assistant Welcome Kit
#1 – Business Policies Document
- This explains how you run your business.
- You go over this in more detail on your New Client Kick-Off Call.
#2 – Client Information Form
- This is to gather client information such as full name, Birthdate (some people like to know this), Website, Preferences
- It can be a document or an online form.
#3 – Current List Of Services
- This document lets your clients know everything you offer.
#4 – How To Work With Me Document
- This is a simple-to-use checklist that highlights how you work with your clients.
That’s it! I also created a simple email template that I used every time I sent out a new client welcome kit. Saves time and energy! If you can’t save a template in your email program, then create a document then copy and paste it. Simple!
Systems are what simplify your business so you can focus on what you love to do! You can learn more about the processes and simple hacks that will help you to build a professional business relationship with your clients in my post, Virtual Assistant Client Management 101: How To Show You’re Worth Every Penny!
