  • This explains how you run your business.

#2 – Client Information Form

  • This is to gather client information such as full name, Birthdate (some people like to know this), Website, Preferences
  • It can be a document or an online form.

#3 – Current List Of Services

  • This document lets your clients know everything you offer.

#4 – How To Work With Me Document

  • This is a simple-to-use checklist that highlights how you work with your clients.

That’s it! I also created a simple email template that I used every time I sent out a new client welcome kit. Saves time and energy! If you can’t save a template in your email program, then create a document then copy and paste it. Simple!
